Embracing technology and empowering innovation

Our technology

To ensure that you receive the best possible service, we’ve invested heavily in the latest technologies. We also have our own in-house development team who continually track and evaluate the latest innovations.

SmWeb (Case Management System) – our in-house system is fully compliant with the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) and can be seamlessly integrated with external case management systems including Proclaim and Hoowla. Using XML ordering, our offices benefit from the latest cutting-edge tech to aid in the conveyancing workflow process. All reports are encrypted and the system features a secure messaging system to help protect you and your clients from conveyancing fraud.

ICOS (Intelligent Conveyancing Online System)our bespoke online ordering platform is used by the majority of our clients. Its four-step process provides a one-stop-shop for all your conveyancing search needs, slashing admin time, while improving efficiency and accuracy. Now with X-Press Pay, we take payments direct from the consumer for our searches, greatly reducing admin.

Quote me Plus (Online Estimation Tool) – QMP is a maintenance-free, flexible cloud platform with a variety of features tailored to a Law firm’s need. It allows the law firm to engage with all stakeholders in a property transaction quickly and easily and has some great functions like the quotation tool, secure messaging, estimate calculator and feature-rich dashboard.

Law Plain and Simple (Clarity for the legal sector) – Is an established online directory of legal articles with the mission to provide clarity to the legal sector. With over 10,000 publications LPAS has become the go-to place for legal information across a range of legal categories – not just conveyancing!

Home Risk Reports (Providing property info) – Home Risk Reports aim to make you a better informed buyer or seller, by giving you easy, cost-effective access to the most up-to-date, detailed information about the property you’re buying or selling.  For buyers, this information is usually only available when it’s often too late, or too expensive, to change your mind.
